Pop-Up Shop Business Expo | QC Weekend 2023 | Vendors

The pop-up shop will display some of Charlotte’s best small businesses in a cozy, yet engaging environment. Vendors will have the ability to promote their products or services in a lively environment, perfect for networking and brand awareness. Attendees will have the ability to connect with each of the vendors while vibing to good music from our DJ, with food, and drinks.

Vendors will receive the following:

• Table or tent space in a highly walkable venue in South End
• Each vendor gets their own space in the venue to share, sell, or promote their products or services
• A public shoutout during the event and an opportunity to give a 30 second pitch
• A 30-60 sec video promo highlighting your business for you to utilize for future events
• Marketing on our website as a sponsor for a year (up to 1000+ visitors per month)
• A marketing shoutout on our Instagram (1600+ followers)
• A marketing shoutout to our email subscribers (900+ email addresses)

Vendor tents are the responsibility of the vendor. Although we do not have access to tents, if you need a table please let us know below and we will try to accommodate you (not guaranteed). It is highly preferred that vendors bring tables as we are limited in our amount.

Lastly, a portion of all the proceeds will go to Freedom Family Foundation, an organization which offers food drives, foster care services, mental health services, and environmental programs all across North Carolina.
